Franchitti Wins Chicagoland

The IndyCar Series returned to fast paced, super close oval track racing on Saturday at Chicagoland Speedway for 300 miles of excitement.  The race was one of the most exciting races of the year, and the results did not disappoint.  Action all over the track, wrecks during caution laps, and contact in the pits. The only thing missing from this exciting race was a new series winner, but Dario Franchitti notching another victory for what is becoming a juggernaut of a team in Ganassi Racing wasn’t bad either.  Here are the highlights from the race.
